6.Use Japan OMRON PLC to control and achieve the welding process, improve reliability.controls the whole machine operation. stable control and stable programming interface.The welding mode and specification can be preset, saved and recalled via MCGS touch screen man-machine interface, it is convenient to modify parameter and switch the status. Welding length, arc igniting, arc ending time, spot welding and interval angle can be all input through torch screen.
7.Welding torch can be adjusted forward and backward automatically from preparation position and welding position , can adjust Three-dimensional direction(up and down,forward and backward,left and right) and angled turn to reach the best welding position

Welding process :
8.1 load on the base and beer keg bottom part load on the tail stock jig,hydraulic tank drive the tail stock forward to assembly two parts together.
8.2.Supplying shielding gas automatically and welding torch reach the welding position automatically
8.3 Complete the welding process as program automatically
8.4 Stop supply the shielding gas automatically and welding torch go back to the original point automatically
8.5 Tail stock returning back automatically 8.6 Unload the welded part from machine

10.The machine base is welded with heavy duty square tube and plate, base plane processing,arranged guide rail. Power head stock is installed on the right side of guide rail; left side is pneumatic tailstock. The pneumatic tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rail, and the distance can be changed to meet the welding requirements of different varieties.
11..Power Head stock with rotary manual tooling jig The power head stock consists of AC servo motor, driver,manual tooling jig, electric conduction mechanism ,and other components. Rotation speed is changed by controlling driver to adjust motor speed. the tooling jig is installed on the Rotating head stock,can clamp the beer keg top part or bottom part,and rotate as setting speed. 12.Tail-Stock with hydraulic tank feeding Mechanism The Tail-stock can be adjusted move on the guide rail of the machine base and drive by hydraulic tank, ,tailstock are guided by the round rail to ensure the concentricity with the power head. Tail stock also equipped with 1 set tooling jig to position the beer keg handle .

2.TIG welding with wire feeder and the Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.
3.The welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right and angle at a certain angle to match different size tank. it can be locked after adjustment.Machine has good operating performance and low failure rate.
4.The tankhead and neck nozzle is positioned at the center by the tooling jig to ensure that the welding seam position does not shift, and there is no need for spot welding in advance.During the welding , the beer keg head and neck is fixed on workbench , and the welding torch is rotating .
After weld outside joint seam ,then flip 180 degrees and weld inside joint seam.
5.The special machine has the function of high voltage, slow wire feeding and arc starting to ensure reliable arc starting. The function of closing the arc with small current and filling the crater.
