To complete the automatic inner hole overlay welding of pipe/tube. Make sure that the form is uniform and has a good appearance, depth of fusion and width of fusion meet the welding requirement, easy to clamp.

Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.

Equipment Composition

Column and boom, rotation axis box and end face positioning mechanism are installed in machine base.

 

 

 

 

 

Pipe is clamped by rotary chuck and supported by bracket of rolling wheels or universal balls. Distance between brackets can be adjusted according to pipe length.

Rotation Axis Box consists of AC frequency motor, reducer, fixture and conductive sleeve and other components. The rotation speed is adjusted by controlling driver to change motor speed. The workpiece rotation is clamped by chuck. Conductive sleeve adopts flexible copper sleeve.

Welding Torch Clamping&Adjustment Forward-Backward Mechanism: The welding torch is moved forward-backward, driven by the servo motor, to realize the switch between preparation and welding station.

The welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right and angled turn. The fine adjustment of the welding torch adopts motor-driven up and down fine adjustment mode and screw adjustment, accurate adjustment, high positioning accuracy, and can be tightened after adjustment.

Column and Boom Mechanism is composed of stand column and moving boom. The rail is installed on the column, moving boom is guided by rail, wire feeder is mounted in the upper end of boom, it moves along with boom, to guarantee the stability of wire feeding.

Electrical System

OMRONPLC as control core, control the implementation of the welding program. Stable system, simple structure and easy maintenance. 

Workpiece rotation using Japan OMRON 0.75KW AC frequency driver. Using A/C frequency motor, the motor rotation speed can be changed through adjusting the frequency. Stepless adjustment, it can be displayed by CM/MIN.

Touch screen as the input and output interface. Welding length, arc igniting & ending time, welding current, welding voltage and welding speed, torch forward and backward distance can be input through the interface.

Integrated control panel box. Control button, touch screen, welding specification are in a concentrated panel, easy to operate. 

 

 

 

Welding current, welding voltage and welding speed use D/A control, they can be preset. 80 sets welding parameters can be stored and recalled separately.
