1.LPG LPG Cylinder Automatic welder automatic Submerged Arc welding the circular seam between the tank body head and bottom

2.During the automatic welding ,the welding torch is fixed; the cylinder rotating drive by head stock servo motor, welding position is horizontal.

3.the welding torch adjusting mechanism can move left and right on the beam ,and tail stock can move left or right on the machine base,to meet different size cylinder welding .

4.The welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right, dip angle, in order to meet the welding requirements.

5.PLC control the machine to finish the welding process as program ,easy to control ,get good weldng performance .

II Machine is composed of main frame, power head stock , clamping and special conductive device, adjustable universal ball bracket can, tailstock, torch axial walking mechanism, welding torch pneumatic rapid advance and retreat mechanism, two dimensional adjustment mechanism, electrical control system, pneumatic system and welding power source.

2.Protection house

It is made of steel plate and sprayed with plastic, which has good practicability and aesthetics. There is a smoke collecting hole on the top, which is convenient for customers to connect a smoke absorber to collect welding smoke. With sliding doors and viewing windows for a clean and friendly working environment.
