【Equipment composition】

1.Machine body     

Composed of base and sliding door. The base is welded with square tube and plate, base plane processing,arranged guide rail. Power head is installed on the right side of  guide rail; left side is pneumatic tailstock. The pneumatic tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rail, and the distance can be changed to meet the welding requirements of different varieties. The tail of the pneumatic tailstock is adjusted manually by the screw rod, distance is measured and displayed by ruler. The pneumatic tailstock is guided by the rail to ensure the concentricity with the power head. 2 sets of welding torch clamping, adjusting and pneumatic lifting mechanism are arranged on the power head and the Pneumatic Tailstock,adjustable,The distance can be changed, and can be tightened after adjustment. The right side of themachine fixed electrical control box, the right front is control button station, easy to use and maintenance.

2.Spindle box:

   The rotating head consists of  AC motor,  reducer,  chuck, and  conduct. Speed adjustment using AC inverter. Reducer is two – stage worm gear type, aluminum alloy shell, large output force, easy installation and maintenance. The conduct is copper pillars, Filling conductive oil in between spindle,wear resistance, good conductivity. Each time the welding is finished, the system automatically finds the chuck origin, adjustable positioning block is arranged on the chuck,circumferential and radial adjustable, for positioning flange to ensure the consistency of each flange installation.

3.Rear tailstock pneumatic jacking mechanism:

The Pneumatic Tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rail to meet the welding requirements of different varieties. Pneumatic Tailstock adjust by manual screw. The jacking pin is driven by a pneumatic and rotates with the workpiece;extending part with chuck. Each time the welding is finished, the system automatically finds the chuck origin, adjustable positioning block is arranged on the chuck,circumferential and radial adjustable, for positioning flange to ensure the consistency of each flange installation.

The rear seat is arranged on the movable positioning sliding seat and is driven by the cylinder to realize the top tight and clamping of the workpiece. The sliding seat is adjusted and fixed according to the length of the workpiece.

4.Workpiece supporting mechanism:

  Screw rod lift is installed on machine body rail, guided by guide pillar,universal ball on the top, can be adjusted up and down to adapt to changes in workpiece diameter. Two parts are installed on the guide rail side by side to support the work piece, and help loading & discharging.

5.Welding torch feeding and adjusting mechanism:

 Left and right sides each 1 set; it is fixed on the movable supporting plate, and is driven by air cylinder to move up and down. Welding torch, wire feeding machine and wire dish position is fixed,  lifting with the cylinder. The pneumatic lifting is guided by linear bearing and guide pillar, high positioning accuracy. The welding torch adopts push wire type, short wire feeding distance, stable wire feeding. The two welding torches can be adjusted respectively, and can be adjusted up and down, left and right, front and back, and angle fine tune. The fine tuning of the welding torch adopts screw guide rod type, screw rod adjust, the adjustment is accurate, and the positioning precision is high.
