The machine consists of a base, A and B rotating table, a robot, left and right welding longitudinal movement guide rail, a conductive mechanism, an electrical control system, a welding power supply and a pneumatic system.

A . There is a rotating worktable at the front and rear, and a rectangular frame driven by OTC original 500KG external shaft. Fixtures can be added to the frame.

B.The base and frame are welded by steel plate and section steel, with sufficient rigidity and strength. All welds are welded according to the requirements of the strength welds, and stress relief treatment is carried out after welding to remove the internal stress of the welding and effectively prevent the deformation of the processing.

The welding machine and robot control counter frame are welded by steel plate and section steel, with sufficient rigidity and strength.

C.All wiring of the equipment has a protective cover. The wiring on the ground is protected by a metal wire trough, and the wiring on the ground is not equipped with a bracket or a bridge to install a metal wire trough as a wiring protective cover. Ensure that the equipment wiring meets safety requirements.
